Delete your CARIBOU account
You can delete your CARIBOU account and its data at any time, from inside the app:
- Open CARIBOU and park (settings are locked while the vehicle is moving).
- Go to Me → Account → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.
What is deleted
Your account (email, Apple or Google sign-in), your hazard and site reports, shared trips, synced driver-hours history, leaderboard entry and company memberships are deleted from our servers, and everything CARIBOU stored on your phone is removed.
What may be kept
Records that belong to a company you worked for — vehicle walkaround checks and scheduled site visits — stay with that company, without your account. Rest-stop photos you uploaded are unlinked from your account; to have the image files themselves removed, contact us.
